MEDALLION MINIATURES

These are 54mm connoisseur figures handcrafted by some of the finest sculptors and painters in St. Petersburg, Russia. All figures are made exclusively for MEDALLION MINIATURES in limited edition productions. Only the finest painters are used on these models, and the same painters work on a particular model insuring every figure of that issue to be of the same top quality. The molds are owned by MEDALLION MINIATURES and will be destroyed when an edition is completed. Figures are numbered with accompanying certificates.

A tribute to magnificent fighting, flying machines of the First World War and the brave, daring men that flew them.
This is a series of superbly detailed, BRASS aeroplanes in strict limited edition production.

This fighter was a favorite of many of the RAF's leading aces, because it was relatively easy to fly and provided a strong, stable gun platform. Built in large numbers, the SE5a accounted for many of the RAF victories.

DELUXE VERSION: Full cockpit details including framing and cross bracing, built up Sutton safety harness, complete instrument panel including readable instrument faces (magnifier required) and connecting copper piping, Control column assembly including Lewis and Vicker gun triggers, and Constantinesco CC fire control timing gear. Full engine details including, spark plug and wiring to magnetos, connecting copper piping to radiator and fuel tanks, and throttle lever assembly to engine. Full markings including individual factory markings, parts inspection markings (15 positions) and Palmer tyre markings. This version is limited to 6 of each marking.
